About the Event
Ruth Williams is the author of a poetry collection, Flatlands (Black Lawrence Press), and two poetry chapbooks, Nursewifery (Jacar Press) and Conveyance (Dancing Girl Press).
Ruth has been a Fulbright scholar in South Korea and a Tennessee Williams Scholar at the Sewanee Writers’ Conference.
Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Ruth lives in Savannah, Georgia where she is an Assistant Professor of English at Georgia Southern University.
